(currently trying to convince members of the necessity for an additional 2% of GDP for NATOs’ annual budget.)

OSCE REPORT FROM OBSERVERS

    “Throughout the week, the Observer Teams noticed a net increase of young people (both men and women) wearing military-style dress crossing the border in both directions but did not observe any weapons among these groups.

Transcript of the  OSCE Special Monitoring Mission’s report covered the period from August 20 to September 3, 2014.

    The observers said they had regular interactions with supporters of the self-proclaimed republics. Some discussed openly with the OSCE while others expressed their total mistrust toward the OSCE. At both Border Crossing Points, some supporters of the self-proclaimed republics explained that they are not allowed to cross the border with weapons.
    The observers registered a decrease in helicopter sightings compared to last week but they were still observed at border crossing points flying at low altitude along the border.
    In either case, in as far as could be seen, the aircraft did not violate the Ukrainian airspace.

The OSCE Observer Mission is deployed at the Russian Checkpoints of Gukovo and Donetsk for monitoring  at the request of the Russian Federation.  The decision was taken in a consensus agreement by all 57 OSCE participating states.

The profile of the people crossing the border remains unchanged and can be categorized as follows:
      
Families on foot or by car with luggage
Elderly people with few bags
Adults  with no luggage or empty cars
People wearing military-style clothes with or without backpacks

While the number of entries/exits has remained stable at an average of 6,523 per day for both Border Crossing Points, the OM has observed a clear reversal in the flow of people crossing the border.
Since August 26, the majority of border crossers have been going back into Ukraine with an average net flow of minus 429 per day for both Border Crossing Points in the last week and since that day 3,857 people have returned to Ukraine through both Border Crossing Points.
The statistics also show that the Donetsk Border Crossing Point consistently experiences more traffic than the Gukovo Border Crossing Point.
The cross-border movements registered at both Border Crossing Points account for 43 percent of all the Rostov Region’s entries/exits.
The OM continued to observe a general trend of very low cross-border traffic during the night hours. At sunrise the number of travellers slowly increases until late morning.
Then, the traffic flow decreases but rises towards the late afternoon and evening. The majority of the vehicles crossing the border have number plates issued in the Luhansk region.

Common observations at the Border Crossing Points

In general, the situation at both Border Crossing Points is calm.
People crossing the border talk to the Observer Teams (OTs) regularly and continue to describe the situation in the Luhansk region as dire.
The OTs continued to receive numerous accounts of severe destruction caused by artillery fire which resulted in the interruption of water, gas and electricity supplies, the latter apparently unavailable for more than five weeks in some areas including Luhansk city itself.
Throughout the week, the OTs noticed a net increase of young people (both men and women) wearing military-style dress crossing the border in both directions but did not observe any weapons among these groups.
OTs had regular interactions with supporters of the self-proclaimed republics.
Some discussed openly with the OSCE while others expressed their total mistrust toward the OSCE.
At both Border Crossing Points, some supporters of the self-proclaimed republics explained that they are not allowed to cross the border with weapons. However, on the other side, there are organized places where they receive weapons, ammunition and equipment and are dispatched to their assigned areas on the Ukrainian side.
Upon return, they hand over weapons, ammunition and other military equipment and cross back into the Russian Federation. In the case of Gukovo, there is even a firing range to calibre the newly-received weapons before continuing to the front lines.
As described in previous reports, on a daily basis OTs hear such range-like shootings on Ukrainian territory at a short distance from the Gukovo Border Crossing Point.
The OTs observed more people wearing black t-shirts with the inscription “Novorossiya” (“new Russia”) or “Luhansk People’s Republic” with corresponding flags.
In some instances, this flag was also observed on several civilian vehicles’ windshields and license plates.
Civilian people stopping to discuss with OTs often ask the OSCE to stop the conflict and to record and report their testimonies so that everybody can be aware of the situation.

Military movement

Throughout the week, day and night, the OTs heard the sound of propeller aircrafts in the vicinity of the Border Crossing Points.
During daylight and when the weather conditions were favourable, the OTs observed the same small grey aircrafts identified as UAVs.
The same flight patterns were observed at both Border Crossing Points. The UAVs were following a flight path assessed to be at the edge of the Ukrainian border on very regular schedules with intervals varying from 18 to 25 minutes. In several instances, up to two UAVs were observed in the same area at the same time.
There was a decrease in helicopter sightings compared to last week but they were still observed at both Border Crossing Points flying at low altitude along the border.
In either case, in as far as could be seen, the aircrafts did not violate the Ukrainian airspace in the vicinity of the Border Crossing Points.

Observation at the Gukovo Border Crossing Point

The traffic flow at Gukovo BCP has remained steady compared to last week, with a slight decrease in the past two days.
A daily average of 2,940 entries and exits was recorded, which accounted for 19 percent of all entries/exits into the Rostov Region.
The average number of people entering the Russian Federation has diminished consistently during the reporting period and the net flow has been negative since 26 August with a daily average of minus 262.
This statistic clearly reflects a return movement into Ukraine. In the past week, close to 2,000 people have returned to Ukraine through the Gukovo Border Crossing Point each day.
Throughout the week, the OTs continued to hear gunfire on the Ukrainian side very close to the Border Crossing Point.
As described earlier, these fire incidents were assessed as not combat-related, reportedly originating from a nearby improvised ‘shooting range’ under the control of supporters of the self-proclaimed republics.

Reports of people at the Gukovo Border Crossing Point

OTs received reports from people of Sverdlovsk (17 km west of Gukovo Border Crossing Point) about the town’s situation.
They reported that the town had not experienced direct fights but five houses were destroyed.
Although public transport and the only hospital were functioning, for the past two-and-a-half months, there was no water.
According to them, pensions and social benefits were not paid and people could not access money.
Prices for common goods had increased considerably and therefore people were going to the Russian Federation every three to four days to buy first necessity products and to obtain cash at ATMs or banks.
People reported that the school year was planned to start on 1 September but they did not want their children to follow Ukrainian curricula.

Observation at the Donetsk Border Crossing Point

During the reporting period, the activity at the Donetsk Border Crossing Point has slightly increased compared to last week.
The total number of border crossings at Donetsk Border Crossing Point consistently exceeds those of Gukovo Border Crossing Point.
A daily average of 3,627 entries and exits was recorded, which accounted for 24 percent of all entries/exits into the Rostov Region.
The average number of people entering the Russian Federation has diminished consistently during the reporting period and the net flow has been negative since 29 August with a daily average of minus 410.
As for the Gukovo Border Crossing Point, this statistic clearly reflects a return movement into Ukraine.
In the past week close to 1,900 people have returned to Ukraine through the Donetsk Border Crossing Point each day.
Throughout the week, shootings, blasts and artillery detonations were heard at various times of the day and night, and from different distances and directions around the Donetsk Border Crossing Point.
Artillery detonations were especially intense during the weekend in the direction north of Krasnodon.
Throughout the night of 30 to 31 August, dozens of very loud artillery detonations were heard and felt by an OT. The detonations were close by in a westerly/ north-westerly direction.
In the past weeks, artillery detonations and shootings had been heard only from western and northern directions; but throughout the week for the first time OTs reported light and heavy calibre shootings from the east and south-east areas which are also bordering Ukraine.
Throughout the week, OTs observed a net increase in activity of young people dressed in military style crossing back and forth at the Border Crossing Point.
OTs also observed some of these people visibly wounded crossing back into the Russian Federation with white bandages and/or crutches.
OTs also observed transfers of more seriously-wounded persons by ambulances.
Some people dressed in military style were accompanying the wounded and were particularly well-equipped including holsters but without weapons.
In one instance, an OT observed eight young men dressed in military style carrying two heavy stretchers loaded with boxes.
The stretchers were visibly heavy (more than a hundred kilograms) because the groups were stopping every 30 to 50 metres to recover.
The OT observed Border Crossing Point officials checking the boxes with metal detectors. The OT asked Border Crossing Point officials about the content of the boxes and was told that it was food products.

Reports of people at the Donetsk Border Crossing Point

OTs received reports from people of Molodohvardeysk, Novosvetlovska (15 km south-east of Luhansk) and other places around Luhansk city. They all indicated heavy fighting and considerable damage to infrastructure and asked the OSCE to stop the fighting.

Russian humanitarian convoy

The OM does not have any confirmation that a second humanitarian convoy will go through the Donetsk Border Crossing Point.
During the past week, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Donetsk Border Crossing Point and met with Russian and Ukrainian border guards and customs officers.
To this day, Ukrainian border guards and customs officers are still staying next to the Donetsk Border Crossing Point.
In addition, personnel of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry came to the Border Crossing Point to consult with the Russian Border Crossing Point authorities.

At his fundraising speech in Estonia
(3, Sept.)  reading from his teleprompter, Obama had this to say:

“It is a brazen assault on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, a sovereign and independent European nation this is what’s at stake in Ukraine. This is why we stand with the people of Ukraine today.”

The “people of Ukraine ” fails to include however the six and a half million people of the south eastern portion of the country which are considered “terrorists” and “sub-human”.

The attendees shuffled nervously waiting for the collection plate to be sent around and praying that their overtaxed citizens back home would understand why austerity does not include Lockheed Martin or Raytheon.

NATO released  images purportedly from a satellite Thursday, 28 August 2014. Analytics of which to my knowledge have as yet to be released by Russian authorities. Previous satellite photos released by Ukraine’s SBU concerning #MH17 were proven to be fraudulent and can be viewed at the RU Ministry of Defence.

It seems as though every summer there is a new red line crossed by a country and its  leader deemed to be a threat to the NWOs quest for global fascism,  monetary domination, Israeli expansion and exploitation.
Last summer the “red line crossed”  was Syria and Bashar al-Assad; this summer Russia and Vladimir Putin are on the agenda. Previous their was Lybia and Ghadaffi; Iraq and  Saddam Hussein; Milosevic in  Yugoslavia and Bin Laden/Mullah Omar  in  Afghanistan. 
These wars and slaughters of aggression were conducted by NATO against non-nuclear states with impunity.  Having failed in Syria, in part due to Russian, Chinese  and Iranian/Hezbollah resistance, the NWO has now turned its venomous head ie.  US in Russia’s direction.
  Too cowardly to war with Russia directly, NATO instead has installed a Nazi junta in Ukraine, using and expanding decades old animosities to wage its proxy war.  Provocations to lure Russia directly into the bloody conflict have failed.  Plans by NATO to takeover Crimea, Sevastopol and the Russian Black Sea Fleet naval facilities were stymied by the expressed will and self determination of the brave people who live there. NATO countries corporate sponsored magazines and newspapers – Time, Globe, Washington Times, NY Post, Newsweek, Enquirer  et al. employ vast numbers of cartoonists and writers with fond memories of the Cold War days and scare tactics featuring the red menace as a central theme.   These tabloid “news” organizations together with their complicit counterparts in television form a matrix of disinformation.
The corporate owned editors, journalists and associates   all hope to financially benefit from towing the NATO  line as well as keeping their jobs and  staying alive. Western journalists and others who write stories exposing the machinations of NATO become targets.  #Hastings

So the “information” which the  Foghs of war  alludes to  is not actually credible; one such example were images having been presented by the SBU 30 July  as images from Ukrainian satellites, subsequent analysis has determined that the images were in fact made from a US satellite. 
“At the time specified in the images, the American electro-optical reconnaissance satellite of the Key Hole series was flying over the crash site area.” These fraudulent images prove only one thing, desperation on the part of Kiev to shift blame and the unwillingness of US Space Command to admit ownership. 
No, this “lots of information” which is all the feeble minded and fearful  western press needs to or is allowed to print, is nothing more than empty accusations, fanciful scenarios, speculations, downright lies, and  fraudulent photos all printed up, packaged and served back to mass medias poster boy  Anders to begin the fear  cycle anew. 

Information carousel, round and round it goes, never having to present any facts backed up with credible evidence.

It is not necessary for the western  authorities  to present verifiable facts when the press does not even dare  ask, much less demand verifiable evidence to support the empire’s reckless and discredited accusations. The so called “free press”, long viewed   as a bulwark of democracy has been torn down and scrapped in favor of an authentic reproduction of an Orwellian propaganda machine.
In addition to serving up nonesense, the western press dutifully suppresses facts, eyewitness accounts and all evidence that implicates or holds responsible  the US installed regime in Kiev for the loss of 298 lives. 
The latest storyline from the corrupted “investigators”, is that  the report on MH17 is scheduled to be released in Sept. 2014; unless that changes in favor of a hermetically sealed  time capsule to be opened in fifty years. 
This late and unprecedented delay has been attributed to conditions on the ground at the scene of the crash,  and yet the sealed “black boxes” or  flight recorders were turned over by Novorossiya government officials  within days to  representatives from  Malaysia. The Ukrainian   air traffic control recordings have not been released, after the Ukrainian security services (SBU) seized them.

The myth perpetuated by the NATO stooges  (Putin did it) and repeated ad-nauseum by a subservient press  has been created.

By Sept. people in the west will have built their fairy-tale into a socially accepted premise which will be politically incorrect to dispute.  By Sept.   facts will be forgotten, and ignored.  The “report” will in no way detract or refute  the original spurious and unsubstantiated  accusations made by the fukus axis against Russia and Putin personally. These conclusions had been advanced and regurgitated  even  before the smoke had cleared or even basic facts known. 
One thing is indisputable, a commercial airliner was directed to fly over a conflict zone (a dozen or more aircraft having been shot down between April 13 -July 17) which in and of itself constitutes a strong case for criminal negligence and a contributing factor for international flights to route avoiding Ukrainian airspace altogether.  It seems the traveling public has no desire to be under control of Ukraine ATC,  go figure! 
This inconvienience (war zone sight seeing tour gone bad)  was originally explained as a necessity because of weather conditions, proven to be  disinformation  and yet not surprisingly, never retracted. 
Previous statements from the junta in Kiev  had attempted to defend  MH17s peculiar and singular flight path
   (previous 10 flights were in an air corridor 400 miles to the south) against these implications, by pointing out  that the independence fighters in SE Ukraine, aka pro-Russian  separtists are not in possession of surface to air missiles capable of bringing down an aircraft from that height.
Having to keep the story alive it was postulated that the Russians had shortly prior to July 17 moved a BUK-1  system into Ukraine. The “evidence” for this was a photo taken in a junta controlled town of a Ukr army BUK and tweeted out for the matrix to cite as proof.  Aircraft flying at high altitudes such as MH17 was are not currently being used for punitive bombing operations so it remains unclear why the militia would have need for the BUK much less the skills and technical expertise to operate the system.
  The use and deployment of a complex SAM system which includes an IFF capability (IFF stands for identification friend or foe,   is an identification ability which distinguishes planes based on aviation transponders which intermittently emit an electronic signature) does not lend itself well to the theory of ad hoc in the field training. 
Although the BUK system consists of four parts, each one integrated onto separate track vehicles which  includes  radar tracking and target acquisition separate from the actual missile delivery vehicle, mainstream media continues to portray the BUK as though it was nothing more than a simple single defensive  weapon and user friendly (perhaps operable with a smartphone app)  and  with a minimum amount of training required.
  Why the Russian Defense Ministry would provide a sophisticated SAM system  and the training to the militia in addition to delivering it to an unstable conflict zone complete with personnel defies logic.A hare-brained scheme such as that would have to have been invented by those who once  mulled the possibility of arming  their proxy fighters  fsa/nusra  in Syria with SAMs. 
  Clearly the NATO / FUKUS  story was not intended to withstand critical analysis, which if it did arise would be ignored or attributed to “Russian propaganda”. All that was needed was to create a public perception in order to achieve the NWO goals. 
1) The US got the sanctions that it wanted in order to drive a wedge between the EU vassal states and Russia.
2) NATO got an increased reason for its existence. 3) Western arms manufacturers and merchants got sales. 
4) The Kiev junta got a 9/11 moment, to cast the separatists as terrorists and an increase in military aid with a pretext for the brutal and murderous assaults against the civilian population carried out by proxy against Russia in SE Ukraine.

5)  The MH17 tragedy was described by NATO as a “game changer”, a sort of redline moment.
Another redline had been crossed, this time in Ukraine. Yet again, another opportunity for the “international  community” to shriek their indignation and prepare for war. 
6)  Fifteen minutes after the Malaysian MH17 crashed the Palestine occupiers aka Israel commenced a brutal campaign against Gaza which to date continues.
7) The EU did in fact in the words of Americas top diplomat and matron of maidan the distinguished  victoria nuland got “fuc*ed”. 
8) Malaysia is home to an   international war crimes court already having found Israel guilty of war crimes. With all the drama and vast amount of television coverage of #MH17 there was reduced coverage and notice of Israels genocidal  pogrom in Gaza. So in effect MH17 provided a  geo-political smokescreen  while punishing Malaysia for “second guessing” the psycho and chief Nettybooboo.
As the world prepares for war with humanity, carbon based life  and the planet itself  put at risk, the criminally insane in washington and  tel-aviv develop plans for  nuclear first strike. What was once unthinkable has become an apocalyptic option.   The “chosen and exceptional people” have delusional plans for genocidal world conquest which  first requires that they lose any vestige of humanity.

#MH17 INVESTIGATION

MH17 INVESTIGATION
On July 17, 2014  a Malaysian Airline- Boeing 777 crashed in SE Ukraine in an area of a  conflict zone designated by the International Red Cross as a civil war. Previous to that flight Malaysian Airlines had flown in an air corridor well to the south and at some 2,000 metres higher.

The initial unsubstantiated claims by the regime in washington would have us believe that Russian technicians had in tandem with separatists used a sophisticated surface to air missile system (BUK) which is equipped with IFF (identification friend or foe) and fired a  missile which brought the plane down.

There are numerous reasons to reject this “conspiracy theory” 1) it was first advanced by john kerry who is a well known and notorious liar 2) the skies in the area were clear daylight  and atmospheric conditions favorable which would have allowed for the missiles plume to have been visible.
Keeping watch in the skies over Donbass is a matter of life and death for the locals who live in fear of attacks

3) the BUK is a complex and identifiable system that involves four tracked vehicles for deployment and the only known and verified use in the conflict zone is by the Ukrainian army.  (apparently defending against the militias non-existent  invisible aircraft)
4) “If Rasmussen had convincing evidence of militia’s fault for the downed Boeing, he would provide it,” Pushkov
5) If Russia had radar evidence to show that a BUK missile was used by the Ukr army they would be expected to provide it as well, but since Russia does not claim that it was shot down by a SAM it would therefore not be anticipated.
6) Radar proof of two SU-25 jet fighter aircraft in the area and purportedly “escorting” the airliner has been provided by the Russian Defense Ministry and has not been disputed; further substantiated by eyewitnesses accounts who witnessed the SU-25s flight even in an interview with a BBC reporter which ended up on the cutting room floor never to be broadcast.  Although the SU-25 is designed as a tactical low altitude attack fighter jet

there are known variants and upgrades combined with a pressurized suit for the pilot and a slight reduction in the altitude of a target would have allowed for a kills shot and effective release of its air to air missiles.

The evasive and secretive investigation conducted by?  is fouled by the false narrative spewed by those who are desperate to cover-up the facts while slamming the gavel and pronouncing  a guilty verdict before the trial.  Conclusion in the court of public opinion is all the grandstanders ever wanted, the truth is irrelevant as deception is their motto.
It was only one year ago this month that another lie for war was being pedalled by the same cast of characters as they lied about a chemical attack in Ghouta, Syria blaming Assad with “proof that went poof” .
There may never be definitive conclusive proof of what caused the deaths of the 298 people on board #MH17 made public; (due to the suspects in control of the investigation)  however it is extremely unlikely that the plane fell by accident or was shot out of the sky by an invisible undetected missile fired from the ground.
SAM SYSTEMS OPERATION

Russian Radar #Kaliningrad

The new radar station in the Kaliningrad enclave will be ready to monitor missile launches from the entire European continent already on Tuesday, Nov. 29. The new station plays a significant role in the complex of measures, which Russia takes in response to the growing power of the US missile defense system. The radar station in the Kaliningrad region will be put into service of the air defense system on November 29, Viktor Esin, the former chief of Russia’s missile troops told Izvestia newspaper.

The over-the-horizon missile warning radar Voronezh-DM is situated in the settlement of Pionerskoye of the Kaliningrad region. According to Viktor Yesin, the station will monitor the western direction on the distance of up to 6,000 kilometers. “The radar virtually covers all of Europe, including Great Britain,” the official said.

The station will be able to detect all missiles launched in Europe and monitor airspace in western areas from the North Pole to the north of Africa.

The radar station of the new generation was developed at the Moscow Research Institute of Long-Distance Radio Communication. Unlike the stations of the previous generation, Voronezh-DM consists of only 23 blocks of equipment. The new station consumes 40 percent less electric power. It is possible to redeploy the radar station quickly, if necessary.

Russia has a similar radar station operating in the south, the Krasnodar region. Another station like that will be ready in 2012 in the Irkutsk region (Siberia).

The radar station in the Kaliningrad enclave can serve for 20 years and be modernized afterwards.

Last week, President Dmitry Medvedev released a harsh statement in connection with USA’s refusal to guarantee that its missile defense system would not be aimed against Russia. The president ordered the Defense Ministry to put the radar station in the Kaliningrad region in operation and strengthen the defense of strategic nuclear forces.

rasmussen -The Pied Piper of Europe

Only with a reference from the mind of a fruit fly could NATO claim “long-standing ” ties with Ukraine.  rasmussen the Führer of NATO apparently has such a mind as he makes the bombastic claims as the unelected leader of western forces visited Kiev and received a medal from poroshenko for his help in covering up the Juntas war crimes.

Previously rasmussen had expanded the  NATO mission to include his self appointed arbitration of democratic elections, which  coming from someone who himself is totally beyond the bounds of democracy, is the height of cynicism. 
Since before an investigation even began into MH17, rasmussen and his ilk rolled out a complex and pre-planned media blitz complete with a miraculous conclusion which some would conclude as a far fetched conspiracy theory or attribute to  clairvoyance, however it would suggest a far more sinister reason; a false flag operation in order to cast Putin as the devil incarnate.
The NATO interference into the MH17 investigation is observed by rasmussens constant repetition of guilt assigned to President Putin without the burden of having to produce even a shred of credible evidence.
  The case of the mysterious Buk anti-aircraft surface to air radar missle system (four components- each one mounted on a large truck) and the technicians to operate it moving from Russia to Ukraine and back again at breakneck speed and stealth sounds like something from a sci-fi comic book and  is at best implausible.
Meant to produce momentum for European support of  sanctions this NATO  fortuitous (“game changer”) a tragedy to humanity #MH17 seems to have produced a herd mentality. (lemmings) Even the Neutral State of Switzerland changed course.
Occupied Germany the monetary HQ of the EU has been ordered by the cabal  to keep up pressure on reluctant EU member states after reminding the Swiss that their franc has been pegged to the Euro since 2011.  rasmussen deserves a medal?- yes, one for being the Pied Piper of the European Ratsunion as they sally forth behind his skillful  flute playing for their march to destiny.

Analytics of Satellite Imagery -Russian Defense Ministry

The Russian Defence Ministry has analyzed the satellite imagery released by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on July 30, 2014, which allegedly disproves the authenticity of the Russian satellite imagery showing the Buk-1 batteries in the Boeing 777 (MH17) crash site area on July 17 and confirms that Russian Armed Forces opened fire on Ukrainian territory.

First of all, one needs facts to level grave accusations or make conclusions. It is widely acknowledged that geo-reference and astronomical time are necessary for satellite images to count as factual evidence in order to pinpoint specific satellites in a constellation that was flying over the area at the time and take into consideration their technical characteristics and capacities. All satellites orbiting the Earth move in accordance with predetermined trajectories.

In connection to this, we can state that according to the Russian space surveillance system, Ukrainian satellites Sich-1 and Sich-2 were not flying over this territory from 10am to 1pm Moscow time (GMT+4; 9am-12pm GMT+3) on July 12, 16, 17 and 18, 2014.

At the time specified in the images, the American electro-optical reconnaissance satellite of the Key Hole series was flying over the crash site area, so the source of the images for Ukrainian Security Service is obvious.

As for the images, the analysis goes as follows.

The first two slides show almost identical images from the Ukrainian and Russian sides. The important detail is that the SBU’s image is dated several days later.

Here the specified time does not correlate with the image.

In the images released by SBU, the shadows point north-east. Thus, these images were not only made on a different day, but also in the afternoon, which means the specified time has been deliberately falsified.

That is an indisputable fact. The images released by the Russian Defense Ministry on July 21 are absolutely accurate in terms of the location and time.

Moreover, it is clearly visible that in the SBU’s image the circled tree belt has been deliberately distorted. The Russian satellite image does not have these distortions.

Additionally, according to all weather reports for Avdeyevka on July 17, the area had 70 to 80% cloud coverage and cloud base height of 2,500m. The information can be easily verified through a number of independent sources. Russian satellite image shows exactly that.

Please note that the SBU’s Slide 4 shows clear skies and sunny weather on the same day. No comments are necessary.

The resolution of the Russian satellite image on Slide 5 has been deliberately lowered, which resulted in the outlines the terrain (i.e. field) looking smeared.

The Russian Defense Ministry presented a high-quality satellite image of this area (as follows), which has no alleged inconsistencies pointed out by the SBU.

The Ukrainian image on Slide 7 is identical to the Russian one, except it was made 5 days (!) later. It is unclear what the SBU was trying to prove with it.

Now let us look at the images presented by the SBU as evidence of Russia delivering arms and military equipment to Ukrainian territory, as well as sending mysterious sabotage groups and shelling populated areas.

In the 14 satellite images presented by the SBU one can make out some vehicles and their tracks with no latitude or longitude, or references to time and date.

Half of the images (Images 2 through 7) show some field roads that, according to the SBU, are located partly in Russia and partly in Ukraine.

However, none of the images show a road that crosses the border. The SBU’s unsubstantiated statements that the tracks in the fields were made by Russian military vehicles do not hold up to scrutiny.

Considering the quality of the images, it remains unclear how the vehicles were identified as tanks, armored vehicles or trucks, let alone as property of the Russian Federation and not of the Ukrainian military or border patrol.

The same goes for the two images (images 4 and 14) which allegedly show evidence of fieldworks.

It is a similar case with Images 11-13, which the SBU claims to show Russian military equipment on Ukrainian territory.

Again, it remains unclear exactly why the head of the SBU believes this equipment belongs to the Russian army. The area around Marinovka, Kozhevnya and Grigoryevka has long been controlled by the Ukrainian military.

As for the alleged shelling with Grad rocket launchers from the Ukrainian (!) village of Grigoryevka controlled by the Ukrainian military (Images 8-10), this is clearly an exercise in conspiracy theories and an attempt to lay the blame on someone else’s shoulders, which is clearly reminiscent of Kiev’s earlier allegations of Russia’s involvement in the Maidan and the tragedy in Odessa.

Instead of presenting hastily doctored evidence to the international community, the SBU could do with better control over all the mercenary units in the areas around Donetsk and Lugansk organized by Kolomoisky, Lyashko, Yarosh and others, who shell Ukrainian territory without any control from those in charge of the anti-terrorist operation.

In conclusion, based on the data provided by the Russian space surveillance, one may deduce that Ukraine does not own the disclosed information.

However, its quality, as well as the SBU’s arguments allegedly proving Russia’s involvement, are absolutely implausible.

Apparently, the reason why the true owners of these images have not put their names to these publications is to make sure the myth of their mighty space intelligence keeps going.

The Summer of 1964 Gulf of Tonkin

We look back on The Gulf of Tonkin

Incident that occured fifty years ago and the provocative covert acts against North Viet Nam by the US Navy, CIA, US Army, NSA et al- and local forces under the command of the US installed  Saigon government.
Ultimately as the years of war ground on replete with body counts, medals and corporate profits there  ensued  millions of people who were killed  and generations of both Vietnamese and western forces including  their  descendants adversely effected from exposure to  chemical warfare-Monsanto “agent orange”, depleted uranium and atrocities. 
The Viet Nam war demoralized and shattered  the US nation; historians seldom view it as anything other than a defeat and collosal blunder.
  Fifty years later there is once again howling and yapping from people (who’s own children will stay safely out of  any militarily intervention) in another civil war  -Ukraine. Once again there is yet another incident which perhaps decades from now the true story of will be revealed.  #MH17

    BEATING THE DRUMS FOR WAR

Evidence to support the claims made by potus was  non-existent on the night of August 4 1964, when Lyndon Johnson broadcast the administrations version and conclusions to the American public.
Messages recorded that day indicate that rather than the MSM version of the event being true President Johnson and Secretary McNamara engaged in pushing a story that was later shown to be false, and misleading. 

Conclusions based on fabrications and recanted reports were the order of the day. 
  The “free press” rather than inquire  for authenticated evidence eagerly spread the dis-information. Time, Life and Newsweek, ran articles throughout August 1964 on the Tonkin Gulf incident.
Time reported:”Through the darkness, from the west and south…intruders boldly sped…at least six of them… they opened fire on the destroyers with automatic weapons, this time from as close as 2,000 yards.”
The use of the Tonkin Gulf  tale served as a pretext for escalation and military intervention of U.S. in Viet Nam.

     “THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY”

Public threats against North Vietnam, as well as calls from politicians in favor of “bombing them into the stone age” began concurrently with a media blitz to convince the public for their support.
North Vietnamese General Giap stated  that the US actions were done to “to provoke North Viet Nam” which was immediately dismissed as “communist propaganda”.
Actually the #US defense strategists had been planning provocative actions against North Vietnam for some time. George Ball told a British journalist after the war that
“at that time…many people…were looking for any excuse to initiate bombing”.
Raymond McGovern, a retired CIA officer,is quoted as saying :  “President Lyndon Johnson, Defense Secretary Robert McNamara and National Security Adviser McGeorge Bundy all knew full well that the evidence of any armed attack on the evening of Aug. 4, 1964”.. (the so-called part two of the Tonkin Gulf incident) “was highly dubious”.
Apparently months prior to Aug.  President Johnson with the Joint Chiefs of Staff had conspired and planned for war in Vietnam.

The USS Maddox, on 28 July 1964 was dispatched for patrol duty off the coast of Viet Nam. Opeating as  an electronic signals gathering ship its mission in addition to provocation and probing General Giaps defenses was to sail within the territorial waters of Viet  Nam purportedly within 8 miles of the coastline.

Fifty years have passed since the US was mislead into a disastrous war that divided one country and destroyed another.
  Now once again we see history on the verge of repeating itself. While the advent of the internet has come since then ,  this seems to allow for flimsy “evidence” to serve as a pretext -“In the posts of two or three tweets shall every bogus  word of Harf be established. ”

After the Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 accident on July 17, following the international airway Amsterdam — Kuala Lumpur, we can find quantity of conflicted information. In this case the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense considers necessary to submit information having at the General Staff disposal.

On the screen  you can see the international airway.The Boeing-777 was supposed to fly on this airway. Draw your attention to the fact that the aircraft followed inside the specified air-corridor to Donetsk, then it deviated from the route to north. Meanwhile the maximum distance from the left border of the air-corridor was 14 kilometers.

Then we can see that the Boeing-777 turned back to the borders of the specified air-corridor. Nevertheless Malaysian aircrew didn’t succeed the maneuver. At 17.20 we entered the event of the aircraft rate reduction, at 17.23 the aircraft’s point blinked off on the radar. Why did the aircraft cross the border of the air-corridor? Was it the navigation mistake, or the aircrew followed the Dnepropetrovsk ground control orders? We will find the answers after “black boxes” and communication decoding.

According to our information on the day of the accident the Ukrainian Armed Forces deployed 3 to 4 artillery battalions of Buk-M1 missile system not far from Donetsk.

The system allows hitting the targets on the distance up to 35 kilometers and on the altitude to 22 kilometers. Why did the Ukrainian Armed Forces deploy these air defense units in the Donetsk region?As we know militants don’t have aircrafts.

On the screen  we can see that both projected impact point and the airway are inside the air defense battle zone of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Buk-M1 missile system.

We have satellite photos of the Ukrainian Air Defense systems deployed in the South-East of the country.

On the first photo you can see the Buk missile systems deployed 8 kilometers north-west to Luhansk.
On the photo you can see clearly a self-propelled launch system and 2 loading vehicles.
On the second photo you can see radars deployed 5 kilometers north to Donetsk. We can see 2 radars, different equipment and facilities.
On the third photo we can see air defense equipment deployed north to Donetsk.
You can see clearly self-propelled launch system with turned launch shoe and near 60 units of military and special-proposed equipment, mounted defilades and facilities.

Draw your attention that the antiaircraft system is absent on this photo.
On the fifth photo we can see Buk-M1 artillery battalion deployed 50 kilometers east to Donetsk and 8 kilometers south to Shakhtarsk. We can answer: why the battalion was deployed near to the territory controlled by militants just before the accident?

On the photo of same area dated July 18 (photo No. 6) we can see that the battery left the occupied position.

Besides it, on July 17 we detected increased activity of Ukrainian radars 9S18 Kupol-M1 of the Buk missile system.

On the photo you can see that 7 radars worked on July 15, 8 radars on July 16, and 9 radars on July 17. Since July 18 there are only 2-3 radars per twenty-four hours. We shall find out the reasons for the events.

I want to expose air situation in Donetsk area that day.

On the picture you can see information of objective control since 17.10 to 17.30 Moscow time.

At that time there were 3 civilian aircrafts:
Flight from Copenhagen to Singapore at 17.17;
Flight from Paris to Taipei at 17.24
Flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur.

Besides it, Russian system of air control detected the Ukrainian Air Force aircraft, purposed Su-25, moving upwards toward to the Malaysian Boeing-777. The distance between aircrafts was 3-5 kilometers.

Su-25 can gain an altitude of 10000 meters for a short time. It is armed with air-to-air missile R-60 able to lock-on and destroy target at a distance of 12 kilometers, and destroy it definitely at a distance of 5 kilometers.

What was the mission of the combat aircraft on the airway of civilian aircrafts almost at the same time and same altitude with the civilian craft? We want to have this question answered.

The video of the Rostov Aerial Center of the Joint Air Traffic Management System can corroborate the information. Chief of Staff of the Air Force lieutenant-general Igor Makushev will comment the video.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Today the Aircraft Air Traffic control has acquired some objective control materials from the Rostov Aerial Center of the Joint Air Traffic Management System.

The video presents the air control information on air situation in the region of Donetsk in the period from 17.19 P.M. to 17.25 P.M. Moscow time on July 17, 2014.

In the upper left corner there is a Boeing-772  mark, following the route from Copenhagen to Singapore.

Under this point there is another aircraft, it is Boeing-777 mark, which is on his way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur.

And on its right there is a Boeing-778 mark making its way from Delhi to Birmingham.

All the three aircraft have been steadily monitored by the three radar stations of the air traffic control of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Boeing-777 is moving towards the Russian Federation state boundary and is to cross it in the point of «TONAK».

An air traffic control officer has been controlling the aircraft flight and keeps on enquiring its flight variables to compare them with the given ones.

At 17.20 P.M. at the distance of 51 kilometers from the Russian Federation state boundary and the azimuth of 300 degrees the aircraft started to lose its speed obstructively which is quite distinctively to be seen on the table of the aircraft characteristics.

At 17.21 35 seconds P.M. with the aircraft speed of 200 km/h at the point of the Boeing crash there is a new mark of the aircraft to be seen.

The aircraft was steadily monitored by radar stations of Ust-Donetsk and Butirinskoe during 4 minutes period.

Air control officer having enquired the characteristics of newly appeared aircraft couldn’t possibly get them because it is in all likelihood that the aircraft had no secondary deduction system amounted on it, which is put typically for military aircraft.

The early detection of this aircraft appeared to be quite impossible because the air situation control is usually performed by radars working in a standby mode which detection possibilities at the given distance are over 5000 m altitude.

The detection of the aircraft turned out to be possible as the aircraft ascend it.

The further aircraft flight variables changes on its route testified the fact that it is now flying in the area of Boeing crash and is monitoring the situation.

Earlier the Ukrainian officials reported that on the day of the Boeing-777 accident there were no military aircraft available in the region. So, as you can see, it is not appeared to be true. Thank you for your attention.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we also have some questions to our US partners.According to the statement of the US representatives they have some pictures from the space supporting that missile launching was made by the militants.But nobody has seen these pictures.

According to our dates from 17:06 till 17:21 Moscow time on the July 17 over the South-Eastern territory of  Ukraine flew US space satellite. This is a special device of the experimental space system designed to detect and track various missiles launches. If the US party has photos made by the satellite, please let us ask them to show the world’s community for further investigation.

Is it coincidence or not? However the time of the Malaysian Boeing-777 accident and the time of the observation done by the satellite over the Ukrainian territory are the same.

To conclude it I would like to mention that all the concrete information is based on the objective and reliable dates of the different Russian equipment in contrast to the accusations of the US against us made without any evidence.The good example of such fact is that some mass media showed transportation of the Buk-M1 missile system from Ukrainian to Russian territory.We can clearly see that its frame-up.

These pictures were made in the city of Krasnoarmeisk that is confirmed by a banner situated close to the road. This banner has an address of the car shop situated at the Dnepropetrovskaya, 34.

Since May 11 the Krasnoarmeysk city is under control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

That is why we have some questions.

What kind of launching system is it? Where is it transported? Where is it now? Why is it unloaded completely? What was the last time it launched missiles?

To end my speech I would like to emphasize that the Russian Federation did not deliver to the militants any Buk-M1 missiles systems and other equipment.

All the dates prepared by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will be transmitted today to the experts of the European countries and Malaysia. I hope these dates will help to make the reliable investigation of the tragedy that happened on the July 17 over Donetsk.

The Ministry of Defense will continue to inform you about the newly revealed facts connected with the air disaster of Malaysian Boeing-777.
