Europe’s Stolen Voice PACE’s Lack of Common Sense and Cynicism are Largely the Result of US Pressure-Sergey Naryshkin

In the recent state of the union address, obama made claim to having left in tatters the Russian economy. This served as the mantlepiece of his regimes accomplishments and was the focus of western media review of his speech. Previous to obamas boast, his underling biden had spoken of having to apply pressure to reluctant european governments in order to impose sanctions on Russia. The stated goal of US FP is to isolate the worlds largest country and 8th largest economy. There remains few who deny that the US government, agents, NGOs, and controlled financial networks were not responsible for the coup ‘d eat in Ukraine (Feb. 2014). The fact that this constitutes unlawful violation of a host of international laws and treaties appears to be of no concern to those who have condemned Russia for so called aggression. The reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia has frustrated US designs and set into motion a series of measures designed to make Russia pay the consequences for maintaining the peace on a peninsula which has historicaly been the scene of epic battles and great sacrifice. Apparently the masterminds who plotted the coup were under the assumption that Russia would vacate their Black Sea Fleet HQ and turn the keys over to NATO. The coup in Kiev was illegal and brought to power at the barrel of a gun. The threatening nature of this band of thugs and extremists which served as washingtons tool caused shock and alarm to Crimeas inhabitants as well as Russian speaking people throughout SE Ukraine. Odessa Trade Union Building 2 May 2014 became the defining moment for citizens to take action in order to save their families lives from the murders and mayhem which occured there. The events concerning this cruel act of barbarity went largely unnoticed in the west. Kievs claim of investigation is belied by the widespread celebrations that ensued during as well as after by Ukrainian political figures and general public. Petro poroshenko even used a scene from the burning building in a political advertisement for his election. The murders of at least 48 people were viewed as a victory.
Proclaiming death to Russians and referring to them as sub-human, the first act of the newly installed Rada was to make the Russian language illegal. Even now the fact that over 800,000 Ukrainian citizens have fled their country and sought safety in Russia goes unreported because it undercuts the false narrative of the Russian aggression mantra being systematicly conveyed in every newspaper on every television and in every opinion column throughout western media.

The following is a speech given by Sergey Naryshkin State Duma Speaker and envoy to PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe)

Speaker of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin. “Europe’s stolen voice. PACE’s lack of common sense and cynicism are largely the result of US pressure”

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has just completed its regular session. Of the many issues on the agenda, the voting rights of the Russian delegation was definitely the most salient. It lurked just beneath the surface and came up in all discussions – from the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz–Birkenau concentration camp to the report on the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine – proving once again that not a single major challenge currently facing Europe can be addressed without Russia’s active participation. The Russian delegation worked hard throughout the session, and not only during plenary meetings. On the eve of the start of the session, we attended yet another meeting (the third in the last six months) of PACE’s Presidential Committee.
Most of its members favoured restoring Russia’s voting rights, but they were ultimately unable to get this message across to the Assembly, which remains under the sway of frantic, rabid anti-Russian propaganda disseminated by a group of aggressive Russophobes. This determined the outcome of the vote on the powers of the Russian delegation. Stefan Schennach, Chairperson of the Monitoring Committee, one of PACE’s most influential committees, later openly called the result “stupid” and the pressure against Russia “senseless.” However, the grim business had already been taken care of. I should add that I was the only speaker of a national parliament in attendance. During the plenary meetings, I could not help thinking that I was witnessing something genuinely absurd, incompatible with elementary logic and the natural human desire for peace and prosperity for one’s people and family. This lack of common sense and cynicism are largely the result of pressure from the US, which openly acts as an aggressor seeking to repartition the world. But European politicians and parliamentarians have made it easier in recent years for the US to act in such an arrogant manner.
Ten days before the Russian delegation arrived in Strasbourg, a paragraph was added to the resolution of the European Parliament, which read “closer EU-US cooperation in Ukraine-related policies would be beneficial.” A more candid acknowledgement of this pathological dependency is hard to imagine. The months of criminal silence regarding the humanitarian crisis in the southeast of Ukraine are a vivid example of double standards. The State Duma issued a special declaration back in May 2014, calling on all European parliamentarians to pay attention to the crisis and put an end to it, which apparently fell on deaf ears. In my opinion, the reason is that this would have entailed acknowledging the root cause. Our foreign colleagues eschewed this sensitive issue at the first two meetings of PACE’s Presidential Committee, despite declaring that they are open to dialogue. It was at this January session of the Assembly that speakers started mentioning the horrible figures reported by the UN, and made a big deal of the unprecedented number of refugees. But did all this wailing amount to anything? Of course not. There were no decisions to provide immediate assistance or demands that the Ukrainian authorities hold the real culprits accountable. Human rights-based approaches immediately devolved into empty declarations. Moreover, blatant lies about the developments in Donbas went hand in hand with accusations against Russia, which is not a party to the conflict. Even when PACE learned that 800,000 Ukrainians had fled to Russia in less than a year, they didn’t care enough to acknowledge that these people are seeking refuge in our country from the deadly threat posed by the Ukrainian military. People tend to flee enemies and turn to friends for protection. In another appalling episode, the Russian delegation wasn’t permitted to make a statement during a session on the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, under the pretext that the programme was already set (such worthless references to protocol have become the typical response to any internal issue within PACE). Russia, the direct successor of the state that liberated the camp, was not allowed to speak on the occasion. I didn’t see any signs of shame in the expressions of PACE bureau members. The liberators weren’t even mentioned during the session.
Not a single word! The President of the Assembly couldn’t find space for it in her opening remarks, which were quite lengthy. The other two speakers, a former prisoner of the concentration camp and a representative of a youth organisation, also failed to mention it. It was as if the surviving prisoners were saved from death by some kind of miracle, not the courage and sacrifice of Soviet soldiers. Not a single word of praise was addressed to the country that sacrificed 27 million lives to win the war! In the end, the celebration by PACE of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz left us with a strange feeling and, to put it bluntly, a bad taste in the mouth. PACE’s reputation as a common European platform for dialogue is rapidly waning. Today members of national delegations are being attacked at its doors (which happened to our colleagues from KPRF); tomorrow the same could happen in the plenary hall. The number of fringe politicians is growing, while the leadership of the Council of Europe is not willing to respond to their actions in an adequate manner. Despite all this, our interactions with the heads of the Assembly’s political groups, within its Presidential Committee and during their increasingly frequent visits to Moscow, have borne some fruit. This could be clearly seen during the roundtable discussion on the crisis of confidence, which we initiated in the Council of Europe.
Most speakers emphasised that dialogue is needed during crises like never before. Such a prominent politician as former PACE President Rene van der Linden forcefully insisted “that all be ensured the right to speak and fully carry out their work without seeking to impress ‘neighbours of our neighbours.’” Dividing lines have resurfaced, but it will be impossible to ensure European security, including in Ukraine, without Russia, he said. To be honest, the sincere words I heard from many foreign colleagues made me wonder why the Assembly is still dominated by a majority that is at once aggressive and obedient. Why does the majority fail to heed the voices of other colleagues or the voice of reason? Maybe Andreas Gross, the leader of one of the political groups, was right when he said that trust in Europe doesn’t need to be restored, but rather built, because there was never any trust to begin with. I think he’s right, but not entirely, as Russia has been sincere and open about its intentions to meet Europe halfway. And I don’t think that we were alone in this aspiration. Unfortunately, the events of recent months have forced us to rethink many things, including whether many of Russia’s partners – who chose to tether European policy to another continent – are reliable. It was a strange choice, to say the least: Europe is far from a novice in geopolitics, and at various times has strongly asserted its right to independence. Perhaps the turning point came several decades ago, when Europe opened its doors to US military bases, which are only formally affiliated with NATO, as the United States accounts for two thirds of NATO’s budget, according to experts.
Today, European leaders are urged to sign onto illegal anti-Russian sanctions. A year ago, European foreign ministers guaranteed with their signatures an agreement between the legitimate, elected president of Ukraine and the opposition, and then refused to implement it. Essentially, they signed off on the bloodshed on Maidan Square, in Odessa and in eastern Ukraine. To our great regret, they were quick to shelve the project to build a Greater Europe, along with efforts toward visa-free travel and other important arrangements. Were the two decades of sincere cooperation between Russia and Europe no more than a game rigged in one team’s favour? Nevertheless, I remain optimistic. Great achievements are always borne of great challenges. Russia has seen so many that we know all too well that it is impossible to alter history with lies and distortion. I’m confident that security on the continent has not become an empty phrase for responsible European politicians.
The parliamentary systems of these countries date back many centuries, and no procedural manoeuvring, disregard for international law or doublespeak can destroy these age-old values. Even during this extremely difficult PACE session, we clearly saw a growing recognition that there is no alternative to working with Russia, which is a European nation by virtue of geography and culture. Reason will prevail in the end.

Russia Forced To Take Countermeasures In Response To New Sanctions

ITAR-TASS: World – Russia ready to take countermeasures in retaliatory to West’s sanctions

TULA, September 01./ITAR-TASS/. Russia will take countermeasures in retaliatory to the West’s new sanctions, Federation Council (upper house) chairperson Valentina Matviyenko said on Monday.

“We have serious steps and countermeasures if the spiral of sanctions is widen,” she said, adding that Russia did not support such measures.
However, she said if Western politicians forced Russia to take retaliatory measures “it will be a hell to pay”.
“The EU rhetoric changed” after Russia banned imports of beef, pork, poultry, fish, cheese, dairy products, fruit and vegetables from Australia, Canada, Norway, the US and the EU for one year on August 7.

rasmussen -The Pied Piper of Europe

Only with a reference from the mind of a fruit fly could NATO claim “long-standing ” ties with Ukraine.  rasmussen the Führer of NATO apparently has such a mind as he makes the bombastic claims as the unelected leader of western forces visited Kiev and received a medal from poroshenko for his help in covering up the Juntas war crimes.

Previously rasmussen had expanded the  NATO mission to include his self appointed arbitration of democratic elections, which  coming from someone who himself is totally beyond the bounds of democracy, is the height of cynicism.
Since before an investigation even began into MH17, rasmussen and his ilk rolled out a complex and pre-planned media blitz complete with a miraculous conclusion which some would conclude as a far fetched conspiracy theory or attribute to  clairvoyance, however it would suggest a far more sinister reason; a false flag operation in order to cast Putin as the devil incarnate.
The NATO interference into the MH17 investigation is observed by rasmussens constant repetition of guilt assigned to President Putin without the burden of having to produce even a shred of credible evidence.
The case of the mysterious Buk anti-aircraft surface to air radar missle system (four components- each one mounted on a large truck) and the technicians to operate it moving from Russia to Ukraine and back again at breakneck speed and stealth sounds like something from a sci-fi comic book and  is at best implausible.
Meant to produce momentum for European support of  sanctions this NATO  fortuitous (“game changer”) a tragedy to humanity #MH17 seems to have produced a herd mentality. (lemmings) Even the Neutral State of Switzerland changed course.
Occupied Germany the monetary HQ of the EU has been ordered by the cabal  to keep up pressure on reluctant EU member states after reminding the Swiss that their franc has been pegged to the Euro since 2011.  rasmussen deserves a medal?- yes, one for being the Pied Piper of the European Ratsunion as they sally forth behind his skillful  flute playing for their march to destiny.

Europe escaped the yoke of fascism in the 1940s only to see it reemerge unchallenged 70 years later.  NATO is the fascist military organization that was hitlers dream with a power to make myths from thin air.

Switzerland long known as a nation of neutrality has no longer any claim for that title.Having succumbed to the economic threats from the US/EU (previously known for putting Swiss banks hundreds of years old out of business ) the economic war being waged by the western banksters against Russia and to a larger extent responding to the creation of BRICS Development Bank in a 21st century struggle to preserve the petro-dollar; the swiss have chosen the side of a belligerent. The swiss franc now pegged to the eurodollar (2011) has added to the defacto surrender of neutrality.
Swiss Neutrality
RIP 20 March 1815-5-Aug.  2014

The Swiss government has extended sanctions to include 26 people in Russia and Ukraine, as well as 18 organizations, so the country isn’t used as a channel to avoid EU and US sanctions.

Switzerland itself hasn’t imposed any sanctions, but some of the EU measures will now apply in the country which is surrounded by the European Union.

The Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research released a list of those affected on Tuesday, and said it was because of Russia’s perceived intervention in the Ukraine crisis.

Now, over 87 individuals and 20 companies are banned from transferring assets into Switzerland or starting new business relationships. A travel ban also exists.

The new names include Donetsk People’s Republic’s VicePremierAlexander Boroday and the Security Minister Alexander Khodakovsky, top Russian security officials such as former Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and Nikolai Patrushev, and Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov.

The sanctions come into effect on August 5 at 8:00pm Moscow time.

Switzerland is home to an estimated $15.2 billion in Russian assets as of 2012, and oil exchanges in Geneva account for 75 percent of Russian crude exports, Reuters reports. Many Russians live in the country.

Over the weekend, Switzerland’s Economy Minister Johann Schneider-Ammann said his country wouldn’t simply duplicate EU sanctions against Russia. Choosing a side in the conflict discredits the country’s role as a mediator, the minister said.

The EU toughened its stance on Russia last week when it announced sanctions targeting Russia’s banking, energy, and defense technology sectors.

Known for its neutrality, Switzerland has delayed imposing sanctions, and didn’t heed America’s call in March to respond and sanction Russia over Crimea’s reunification with Russia.

The EU’s sectorial sanctions are its most serious step against Russia to date. European leaders have been increasing pressure on the Russian government for several months by imposing visa bans and asset freezes on a number of individuals the EU considers responsible for Moscow’s policy toward Ukraine.

#Iraq Receives #URGENT Military Support From #Russia

Total week took Russian defense industry to meet an urgent request for the supply of modern Baghdad heavy rocket and artillery. Apparently, supplied weapons to Iraq, even to the detriment of their own supply, the Russian army. And made these purchases, most likely on the money of the United States, announcing sanctions against Russia as defense.

“Over the last month is the second delivery of weapons to Baghdad. Moreover, against the background of the declarations made by Washington’s military-technical support of the Government of Iraq “
Externally TOS-1 looks like a T-72 tank, which replaced the tower package guides, enclosing thirty 220-mm rockets. Each of them is equipped with FAE warhead with thermobaric mixture. Hitting the target, such a charge sprays chemical spray that instantly fills the living quarters, shelters and explodes, creating a temperature of a thousand degrees.

Blow “sun” is similar to Apocalypse hectares scorched earth melted machinery, buildings and not a living soul. The entire package of 30 rockets one installation TOS-1 produces only 7.5 seconds.

“Sun” just adopted by the Russian army. A contract for the supply of weapons “Apocalypse” was signed with Baghdad last week in Moscow during the visit of Defense Minister Saadoun al-Iraq Duleymi.

The agreement, worth $ 1 billion, in addition to heavy flamethrower system “sun”, provides delivery of a large batch of artillery and mortar weapons. In addition, Russia will supply to Iraq three division multiple launch rocket systems “Grad”, the same number of 152-millimeter howitzers “MSTA-B” and a significant number of mortars.

At the same time provides for delivery of a large amount of ammunition to these systems, with an emphasis on the purchase of the most simple – unmanaged, which indicates that the Iraqi military plans to beat “on the area,” not caring about the effectiveness of fire. Iraq also purchased Party grenade launchers and anti-tank missiles. All these weapons and ammunition will be partially constructed and partially delivered from the presence of the Russian Armed Forces.

The deal not only demonstrates the effectiveness of the system of military-technical cooperation with foreign partners in Moscow, but also proves once again that when it comes to return to markets previously lost arms and military equipment, Russia can act very rapidly and efficiently. Over the last month is the second delivery of weapons to Baghdad. Moreover, against the background of the declarations made by Washington’s military-technical support of the Government of Iraq.

U.S. does not promise to deliver the first month in the country the necessary arms and military equipment to counter Islamic movement “Islamic caliphate.” Soldiers of the terrorist organizations control the entire north of the country and are very close to its capital – Baghdad. However, beyond words Washington has not moved. Moscow took advantage of this and, to put in the beginning of last month in Iraq shipment of 10 frontline Su-25.

According to the newspaper VIEW, machines have been supplied from the strategic reserve the Russian Defense Ministry. Despite the fact that the aircraft had a very shabby appearance, as reported by the company “Sukhoi”, they are already taking a direct part in combat operations of the Iraqi army against the Islamists.

Supply of heavy artillery weapon has a slightly different character. Unlike Su-25 heavy flamethrower system “sun”, 152-mm howitzer “MSTA-B” – a relatively new weapons systems, which only began to arrive at the disposal of the Russian army. They can not “remove from store” and give up the fight. From what we can conclude that Baghdad was equipment designed the Russian Defense Ministry and released under the state program of armaments. This makes the Russian-Iraqi relations in the sphere of military-technical cooperation very special. No other country, has the status of a strategic partner, Moscow did not make such “gifts.”

Prior to 1990, Iraq was considered the main buyer of Russian arms and equipment. And it is the buyer, as always, clearly paying the bills “living currency” or oil. From 1958 to 1990 on contracts with Baghdad Moscow earned 30.5 billion dollars. Before the invasion of Kuwait, Iraq had to pay for the delivered arms and military equipment 22.413 billion dollars (8.152 billion dollars in oil).

In addition, training Iraqi specialists, repair machinery and other military assistance was transferred 950 million dollars. In the course of implementing ‘technical assistance in the establishment of military facilities and defense enterprises destination “Moscow has received an additional $ 900 million.

Altogether during the military-technical cooperation in Iraq exported tanks 4630 (including 1038 modern T-72), BMP 2810, 2714 BTR, 3279 pieces of artillery, 725 anti-tank missiles (including the “Competition” and “Fagot”). For the defense was delivered 325 anti-aircraft missiles (SAMs) of various types, including type 1593 portable “Igla”. In 1145 Iraq was delivered combat and transport aircraft, 348 helicopters and 41 warships.

In the field of military industry with the participation of Russian and Yugoslav experts in Yusuf factory was built on the licensed production of howitzers, the plant “Kadysiya” – the production of machine guns and Kalashnikovs. The city Iskanderia – plant “Hattin” for the production of artillery ammunition to the guns of field, anti-aircraft and tank artillery and multiple rocket launchers. In the same city was built factory “Alkakaa” in which Iraq could produce Nitric cellulose powders and solid propellants of different brands, as well as a plant for the production of aviation ammunition and bombs.

Altogether during the cooperation Moscow gave Baghdad more than 60 licenses for independent production of weapons and military equipment. Of them were really zapushchenno production licenses to 30, including the assembly of the T-72M1 in Taji. However, after the start of the second Iraq war, all these contracts were frozen. At this point, the debt of this country has for services rendered totaled 7.238 billion dollars on arms deliveries and 586.7 million dollars for programs of technical assistance.

Funny in a transaction on a heavy missile and artillery may be that Iraq actually buys it on American money. For example, in 2013, Iraq ordered in 36 Russian Mi-28NE and more than 40 anti-aircraft gun missile systems “Armour-S” in the amount of approximately $ 4.2 billion. Now, using the fact that Washington is not able to meet the country’s need for modern weapons and military equipment to be critical for the country’s security situation Baghdad turned back to Moscow.

For Russia, it can be very symbolic. In the context of the introduction of more and more new sanctions by the U.S. and the European Union, Moscow not only finds new markets for military products, but does so in countries in recent years has focused on Washington, and his money. Say, each known in trouble. In the situation that for Iraq, that Moscow contracts in military-technical sphere – mutually support and assistance.

The Energy Race and Why Russia is Winning

Russian dominance in fields of the energy sectors is not limited to fossil fuels.  The “fast breeder” technologies which are gaining international interest coupled with the implementation and distribution of relatively clean source reactors in areas of the globe not hitherto using nuclear energy offer an alternative in the field of energy production.

While the west is mired in the fracking debacle (which is environmentally unsound as scientific studies done in North America have shown to cause earthquakes and contaminate aquifers and fresh water sources) Russia is leading the free world in alternatives to fossil fuel based energy sources and offers a cleaner and safer approach in nuclear based energy production.
Clearly the challenges to the petro -dollar based economy are viewed as an economic threat by interests who place profits ahead of innovation and advancement; preferring instead to continue the “Fukushima Model”.
The expected surge in maratime shipping through northern Arctic regions is also anticipated and planned for by Russian scientists and economists which is yet another reason for the west to  attempt their “isolationist” policies.
If the sixties competition between the west and Russia (SU)  was defined as the “Space Race” the emerging and increasingly apparent competition now is the “Energy Race” which the west as proponents of 20th century technologies are far behind.
The following is a translation from the  POSTED story on VK.
✔ Atomic vernissage for foreign guests

On the 60th anniversary of the first nuclear power plant “Rosatom” launches a new generation of reactor and demonstrate their capabilities in the Arctic

Kola Peninsula, where the base of the nuclear icebreaker fleet and operates the first nuclear power plant built in the Arctic Circle is now covered with greenery. Sun at night hardly comes, but in the mountains and high hills is still snow. It was so – harsh and alluring – this region saw representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency, visited sites on the state corporation “Rosatom” in the Murmansk region.

As the world’s first nuclear power plant, fired at Moscow in June 1954 – exactly 60 years ago, these unique objects in northern Russia prove the relevance and competitiveness of nuclear technology in comparison with other forms of power generation, transport and power plants.

Another signal confirming its leading position in the Russian development of new technologies was the launch in late June BN-800 reactor at Beloyarsk nuclear power plant. This nuclear power plant in the Urals not accidentally attracts professional nuclear engineers around the world. According to the deputy general director of “Rosatom” Alexander Lokshin, reactors “fast breeder” – it tomorrow nuclear power industry, without them is impossible to imagine further development. Moreover, the technology of “fast” reactors have very few countries, and Russia is the undisputed leader. Such power units and associated infrastructure will extend the fuel base of nuclear energy and to remove, minimize the problem of radioactive waste, by involving already used nuclear fuel is recycled.

“Rosatom”, which have great potential of new technologies and projects, is interested in expanding international cooperation, stressed the head of the corporation, Sergei Kiriyenko. Including the new markets for themselves where previously worked mainly French, German and American companies. Latin America, Southeast Asia, Middle East and South Africa, Russian nuclear experts are considering including in its priorities. Confirmation of this – working meetings, negotiations and has signed agreements with potential partners in these regions of the world. Another – about the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Jordan – expected by the end of summer, said CEO “Rusatom Overseas” Djomartov Aliyev.

Official representatives from Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and also from Vietnam, Singapore and South Africa can not miss this summer at nuclear facilities in the Russian Arctic.

According to the deputy director general of the IAEA Alexander Bychkov, “Rosatom” previously sent invitations to all ambassadors accredited to the agency headquarters in Vienna. And this is not the first gesture of goodwill on the part of Russian nuclear state corporation and guidance when its objects invite officials and experts working on an ongoing basis with the IAEA.
Reach $ 100 billion by the end of 2014 the portfolio of foreign orders, “Rosatom” for the next ten years

– And to go or not, everyone decides for himself – says Bychkov. – No formal settings on this account agency does not …

– The first such visit was organized last year at Kalinin NPP – recalled Advisor to General Director of “Rosatom” on international issues Vladimir Kuchinov. – And this time decided to show that the peaceful atom and Russian nuclear technology safely and effectively operate in the Far North. And the problems that went from the past, here is also able to overcome, not shifting them on to future generations.

The official program began with a tour of the new shore facility in Saida, where is placed on long-term – up to 100 years – and controlled storage scrapped reactors and recycled nuclear submarines. Since then, as this particular activity has moved from the Navy to conduct “Rosatom” and, in particular, its subsidiary “SevRAO” here conducted extensive rehabilitation work and a modern infrastructure for complex and potentially dangerous technological operations.

Chapter “SevRAO” Valery Panteleyev showing guests have an actual object placed on it and reactor compartments, did not fail to note that such a result was possible due to financial and technical assistance from Germany, as the most active participants of the program to reduce nuclear heritage and overcome the consequences “Cold War.”

– Attempts by some politicians in the West and in the United States to intimidate Russia sanctions on work plans and business relations with our partners in Germany had no effect, – said the head of “SevRAO.” – As before, once a month we meet, we estimate made, adjust something, we envisage new challenges and the best ways to solve them …

Half a century on the Kola Peninsula nuclear arms race has left many traces in particular that Russian specialists with the participation of foreign partners consistently clean. As a result, a unique experience, which can be widely used in other countries for the decommissioning of dangerous objects. All the necessary technology thoroughly practiced “Rosatom” and its divisions in the final disposal of nuclear submarines, the treatment of spent nuclear fuel and rehabilitation of coastal maintenance bases adopted in the Navy.

This activity, according to the issues and the general reaction of representatives of IAEA appreciated. A delegation included representatives of 15 States, including (in addition to those mentioned above), Algeria, Armenia, Egypt, India, China, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Turkey and Japan.
Permanent representatives of 15 countries, working at the IAEA visited Kola NPP and nuclear fleet base

Kola nuclear power plant – the first nuclear power plant built in the Arctic Circle – diplomats and experts were able to visit the reactor and engine room, ask questions to the plant manager Basil Omelchuk evaluate the work of staff on duty at the main control room, test your knowledge and skills in the fitness center, which then workers are proud of.

With no less proudly showed guests knowhow Kola nuclear power – its own special set of processing liquid radioactive waste (LRW). He developed and launched here on an industrial scale in 2006. As explained by the deputy chief engineer for safety and reliability Igor Marakulin their method allows to concentrate the main radionuclides from large volumes of liquid radioactive waste into a relatively small, like 200-liter drum, filter containers that provide secure storage of content for 300-500 years.

Technology is called ion-selective sorption. It is a unique purely Russian development and reduces the amount of radioactive waste to be disposed of 50 times, say at the plant. And that is the result of such processing is a salt melt, not belonging to the category of radioactive waste. Under certain circumstances it may be an industrial raw material source.
Aleksander Emelianenko (Murmansk region)

Commissioning of this complex allowed to solve the problem at Kola NPP processing so-called resid accumulated during plant operation. Director of NPP detailed answers to visitors’ questions and made it clear that this method can be serious prospects at other plants, not only in Russia.

Behind the walls of the reactor compartment and complex LRW IAEA representatives showed “echo Fukushima in action.” It took less than a minute the operator to respond to the introductory task and run a backup diesel generator. Such plants and used to be on the Kola nuclear. Given the post-Fukushima requirements were purchased and installed additional generators and thoroughly thought through their emergency circuit connection in case of need. Similarly, the picture looks and mobile pumping stations. As a result, representatives of the IAEA is not even any questions about their work.

This, however, is clear: at Russian nuclear power plants have already been many, but for the majority of existing nuclear icebreaker appeared for the first time. And because of questions to the captain, crew members and the general director of “Rosatomflot” Vyacheslav Ruksha was particularly large – about the life of the reactor and the enrichment of fuel in it, about the thickness of the ice, which is able to overcome the nuclear-powered icebreaker, training and watchkeeping regime on a ship …

In the coming years, said Vyacheslav Ruksha, the workload for “ATVs Arctic” – as it is called nuclear icebreakers – sharply. Increase in traffic from the current 1.5 million tons to 17-18 associated with the beginning of large-scale LNG production on the Yamal Peninsula. The second priority for the “Atomflot” stressed Ruksha was and will be the development of the international transit shipping on the Northern Sea Route. It will be implemented in close and mutually beneficial cooperation with major ship owners and shipping companies in Europe and Southeast Asia, such as “Novatek”, French Total, China’s CNPC.

To ensure their neighbors year-round navigation in the Arctic and provide effective navigation along the Northern Sea Route, Russia, as previously reported, has started construction of a new generation of nuclear-powered icebreakers. The first of three ships in this series since 2013 is built on the Baltic Shipyard in St. Petersburg. With the same shipyard contracts for the next two.

According to the plan the new icebreakers will put into operation with the 2017-2018 period. Until that time, the entire burden will fall on the four currently operating nuclear ship “Vaygach”, “Taimyr”, “Yamal” and “50 Years of Victory”.

– Another nuclear icebreaker called “Soviet Union”, built in 1989 and is now in reserve, to be restored in 2017 and is connected to the work on the Northern Sea Route – Ruksha said during a visit to Murmansk permanent representatives of the IAEA.

Simultaneously with the “Soviet Union” will be restored and extended the technical readiness of the resource of a unique transport vessel with a nuclear power plant – LASH “Northern Sea Route”. At one time he had already carried out tasks for cargo on Arctic routes and now, to the delight of the crew returned to active life.
Thiep Nguyen, Ambassador to the International Organizations in Vienna, Permanent Representative of Viet Nam to the IAEA headquarters:

– On this trip I was in two persons – as Permanent Representative of Viet Nam to the International Organizations in Vienna and the elected Chairman of the Board of Governors. Therefore with great pleasure accepted the invitation of “Rosatom” and joined a group of colleagues from 14 countries. My task as ambassador defined tasks that derive from agreements between Vietnam and Russia in the field of nuclear energy. It was important to see another operating NPPs in Russia, to meet with its characteristics and the important experience that is obtained in the processing of radioactive waste. This is a common problem for the nuclear industry, and the solutions found by experts Kola NPP, seem to me valuable. I think that they are already in demand in many countries will be needed tomorrow.

I am optimistic and confident about the future of cooperation between Russia and Vietnam in the field of nuclear energy. And wanted to see as soon as possible in his country a nuclear power plant, similar to Kola. I hope that the progress towards this goal will also help our visit. In the report on its results, I intend to say that we have full confidence in Russia, “Rosatom” and that the proposed foreign partners Russian projects and technologies in the nuclear sector to meet the highest safety standards.

And speaking from the position of Chairman of the IAEA Board of Governors, I note that the agency faces big challenges that can only be solved with the active partnership of all participating States. Russia in this respect, show us an example.

Alexander Bychkov, IAEA Deputy Director General:

– Strictly speaking, the IAEA secretariat no special purposes before this trip did not set. This Russia as the party of grace working in Vienna invited the ambassadors to visit important sites in its territory. The action is definitely useful and productive is because given an opportunity after having, as a rule, diplomatic education, to see in practice that with which they are dealing within its powers in Vienna. I will not speak for everyone, but many on this trip was very impressed by the nuclear icebreakers, which was able to visit. Like the whole story related to their past work in the Arctic. This is an inspiring example of the use of nuclear energy in the construction of transport and power plants.
Toshiro Ozawa, Ambassador to the International Organizations in Vienna, Permanent Representative of Japan to the IAEA headquarters:

– Just a fantastic experience of visiting existing nuclear-powered icebreaker “Yamal” and the first nuclear-powered icebreaker “Lenin”, which has now become a unique museum. At the facility in Saida Bay showed us and gave explanations qualified as made final disposal of nuclear submarines, where until when will the reactor compartments is what will happen to them, and how to ensure safety at all stages of the technology cycle. As for the Kola NPP, I want to note the exceptional professionalism of the plant manager Mr. Omelchuk. Dealing simultaneously with fifteen ambassadors, he showed impeccable communication and very adequately presented us with his company and the Russian nuclear industry as a whole.

After the accident at the nuclear power plant “Fukushima” all over the world pay more attention to security. And here, at the Kola plant, I also saw important improvements that have been taken for this purpose. Increased the number of mobile diesel generators, pumping stations, which ultimately enhances overall security and stability of the nuclear power plant in emergency and critical situations. Observed strengthening of ties between the IAEA, WANO, and – most importantly – through inspections and insurance companies.

With regard to processing waste at Kola NPP and the applicability of this technology, we have the “Fukushima”, I will say this: the scale of problems here at all different. Our problem in Japan – a huge number of low-level waste, which, on the one hand, entered the ground water, and on the other – keep in contact with high-level materials. We intend to solve their problem in two ways. First, let’s clean those liquid wastes that are in containers. For this we use a method that allows you to display all 63 species of radionuclides except tritium.

The second direction – creating in the soil and underground kinda ice wall to stop the penetration of radionuclides in underground utilities and groundwater.

Once again, I note that our problems in comparison with the objectives that decide on the Kola NPP, different origin and a completely different scale. But, nevertheless, I listened with great interest and colleagues looked at what and how they are at doing. Following the visit, I will prepare a report to his government, which will be reflected and the issues associated with the processing of liquid radioactive waste

Explaining  the US support for the lebensraum doctrine of using genocide and Nazis modern day reformulation in Ukraine.

Requires an in depth study of history, and myths a  perspective not seen in text books.

Item one -the nazi 3rd Reich in Germany was for the most part viewed favorably by the US public of the 1930s in addition extensive busines industrial and banking were linked. Had operation Barabossa (launched by Hitler to conquor Russia 22 June 1941) succeeded it is doubtful that the US would have entered the war.
In fact, the Normandy invasion was not done to crush the nazis as much as it was launched to rescue them; and to insure that the Soviet forces did not occupy all of Europe.
The core conflict was capitalism ideaology vs Marxist ideaology.
Hitler launched a campaign based on lebensraum which was in many ways parallel to Americas westward expansion.  Using   genocide against the “inferior” race of indigenous people.  Hitlers regard as the Slavs being sub-human mimicked the same doctrines being promulgated against Native Americans and in Mein Kampf he shared those views.  Today many in the US are in the dark and kept there by lack of knowledge due to control mechanisms placed on the fascist western media by the ruling elite who have exposed themselves by their support of the fascist junta in Kiev.
Also in full view is the clear difference between zionism and Judaism, even as zionists continue to portray themselves as Jewish the stark differences are apparent, consider how zionists support the very groups which call for the genocide of Jews and yet still hide behind the fig leaf of Judaism to thwart critical analysis and condemnation.  How could a Jewish person possibly condone the hateful and malevolent ideaology of Stephan Bandera?

Statement by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko that Crimea was, is and will be “Ukrainian land,” has caused a sharp reaction from the Jewish  professor Ilan Sade. Researcher in the field of computer science, known for his many years of struggle for the rights of Holocaust survivors, called the newspaper “Haaretz” statement Poroshenko “cry robbed Cossack” – an expression taken from the Hebrew proverb analogue thief shouting “stop thief!”
Professor Sade, the son of the Red Army soldier, a native of Volyn, whose entire family perished in the Holocaust, said that Ukraine remains one of the states  refusing to return Jewish property taken during the Second World War. “The argument against the return of the same -” Ukrainian land, “- he writes. – That Jews had built most of the settlements in Volhynia and some of them were the majority. In Rivne, Lviv, Lutsk and other Jewish influence was very strong; Jewish communities have done much for the development of their economic and cultural life. ”
After the annexation of Western Ukraine to the USSR as a result of the Molotov-Ribbentrop began expropriating Jewish property, recalls the author, whose family also did not escape confiscation. Since the beginning of the war the same physical extermination of the Jews by the Germans with the active participation of Ukrainians who, not without pleasure robbed of their good neighbors, occupying their houses and apartments.
“I returned to Ukraine during Yushchenko’s presidency – says professor. – I was surprised to find in the archives Exactly all documentation about the trial of” capitalists “of the number of my family with a detailed description of the process of alienation and seizure of their property – as in Soviet times, so and during the Nazi occupation. Armed with these documents, I contacted the local authorities and President Yushchenko, demanding the return of the property. answer was simple: the communist regime was gone, and with it the need to forget all of his decisions. ”
In conclusion, the author sadly notes that the government in Tel Aviv has done absolutely nothing towards the restitution of property taken from Ukrainian Jews. According to Sade, the government of the Jewish state de facto entered in “Rogue collusion” with the Ukrainian authorities.

Naziism was not eradicated from the earth after the Great Patriotic War but rather it relocated in large measure to North America infesting;  often times posing  as benevolent Jewish groups such as aipac  which have now been unmasked for all the world to see as zionist supporters of Nazi.
Nazi military armies  has been hatched  under the banner of NATO which ostensibly is a defensive organization; however the reality of that is known to be untrue. NATO THE BEAST WITHIN

In an ancient book that described the Laws of Civilizationa there was a reference to an historical oddity which could favorably be compared to the de facto state of war that the US and its partners have declared upon Russia. It is a known and accepted knowledge that nation states which engage in trade are statistically less likely to be at war.
By attempting to impose your hegemonic doctrines you have proven and indisputablely heightened the chances for the kind of war that all of

mankind and humanity  loses. Furthermore It is indisputable that your central bank is a privately held and owned bank which like its spawn of chase b of a and other large and well known cases of financial fraud and in many cases forced to pay large fines for their criminal misdeeds which is and was the tip of the ice berg and that iceberg has a  name.
And at this time the Armed Forces of the United States have been consigned as no longer a Constitutionally mandated body having been created for the Self Defense of the nation but rather in a cynical attempt to forestall the collape of the banking cabal which has purchased washington dc. and threatens world peace.
The alliance and provocative actions with and of NATO is further proof that the defensive nature has become offensive and fails to recognize Russia as a nation sovereign and independent; instead pursing a delusional goal of isolating the worlds largest country which was in fact a de facto attempt to impose banker fines for Russia having lawfully charted a course of independence which as not only a country but a Civilization she has every right to do.

The so called “north american treaty organization ” has been exposed as being without any control mechanisms of a society or people. In countries which furnish the troops and money to pay for a beast with no control let us examine the complete lack of support for the hostile belligerent and provocative actions taken by hato.
In Aug 2013 when over 80% of the american people said NO to a bombing campaign against Syria-hato went ahead with the plans ordering potus and the puppets in the state department to go to the airwaves and “sell this war”. Off they trotted as though the packaging for war is the same as selling detergent. The people could sense the lies and false flag (Aug.  21 Ghouta, Syria)   information and said NO and yet hato had deaf ears. Fast forward to May 2014  Polls conducted in Germany indicate

“German citizens overwhelmingly support Russias position with regards to Crimea,Sevastopol and Ukraine and yet like the americans before have no voice or say so as to where or why their children are sent to die or where or how their tax dollars are spent.”

The illusion that hato is a “defensive organization” under the control of the “democracys” of member states has no basis.

hato conversly is an organization which does not answer to or respect the will of the people. The agressive and provocative actions taken by hato against nations which do not have a rothschild central bank suggest that this beast (hato) is the military wing of a criminal banking cabal which is being used in a pattern of robbery and self enrichment for the benefit of their participating zionist elite in their delusional quest for absolute control and enslavement of mankind.
hato is the beast that serves only the interests of its master-satan and his earthly represenatives. hato is a murderous and dammed organization which will be destroyed one way or the other.

Recently a statement from samantha powers seen here accosting (Pro-Russian) Vitaly Churkin

attempted to support the reprehensible criminal involvement of their newly installed nazi regime culpability and de-facto  participation in a gruesome and heinous crime against all humanity .  Odessa 2_MAY_2014_
A day that has caused more tears than stars in the heavens. The tears of all who have gone on before us who gallantly sacrificed their all for their children’s future of a world that has no place for state sponsored genocide.  The ugliness and brutality that took place on that day and in that place was “remarkable restraint” only in the mind of a nazi sociopath as in sammis/cari.

Years ago I can recall a criminal case when the defense attorney defended his client by illustrating that his defendant had shown “remarkable restraint” which had consisted in the fact that although he had murdered his family the gun he had used still had one bullet left in it . When asked to explain why was this “remarkable restraint” the fiery attorney snapped back “because although he wanted to shoot himself also ,  he didn’t”. #USELESS_RHETORIC
